• Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Do not scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Respect third-party rights when embedding or linking content.

Subscriptions and billing

TomoTab may offer free and paid tiers. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Taxes may apply.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Refunds, if any, are provided only as required by law or as described at purchase.

Third-party services

TomoTabs may include embeds or links to third-party services. TomoTab is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

Intellectual property

TomoTab owns the service, branding, and software. You may not use our marks without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TomoTab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TomoTab against claims arising from your content or misuse of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service.

Governing law and disputes
